Over the years, Marilyn became a steady and familiar presence to our members, staff, parents, and volunteers. She had a special way with words, always knowing how to uplift our members, encourage them through difficult moments, and inspire them to become the very best versions of themselves.

Marilyn believed in Music City and, more importantly, she believed in the young people who called it home. Her kindness, encouragement, and love for this organization touched more lives than she likely ever knew.

We are grateful for every word she shared, every person she encouraged, and every moment she spent as part of the Music City family. Marilyn will be deeply missed, but the impact she made will continue down the road with us.
