Daniel Lussier brings over 25 years of experience spanning construction management and entertainment industry leadership to his new role as Executive Director of Music City Youth in the Arts.
Lussier's career is rooted in service, beginning with his time as a firefighter in the U.S. Air Force, volunteer firefighter, and first responder. His lifelong passions for sports and music—starting with baseball at age three and violin at age ten—shaped his commitment to youth development and teamwork.
Lussier built a successful career in construction management, overseeing multimillion-dollar projects including turnkey site developments and municipal infrastructure reconstructions. He then pursued his passion for music and entertainment as a talent buyer and venue manager. In 2012, he expanded his entertainment portfolio by booking reality show personalities for public appearances. By 2014, he co-launched a country music division representing emerging regional artists across the Carolinas, Virginia, and Tennessee. He subsequently founded his own full-service Artist Management and Booking Agency, specializing in artist development for country, pop, and contemporary Christian musicians.
Most recently, Lussier managed entertainment programming for a non-profit foundation supporting military members, veterans, first responders, and their families—bringing his service background full circle through music and community events.
"I am excited to join Music City Youth as the Executive Director and support an organization that promotes Belonging, Openness, Learning and Determination for today's youth," said Lussier.
In his off time, you will find him tailgating and watching college football in the fall with his daughter and fishing in the spring.
