Kait Oresky

Brass Staff

Kait Oresky is pursuing her Master of Arts in Music with concentrations in Euphonium Performance and Wind Band Conducting at the University of Central Florida. She is a graduate teaching assistant for the UCF Bands, aiding with many administrative aspects of the program as well as instructing the Marching Knights. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of Central Florida in 2019 and has been active as a marching band instructor, clinician, and private teacher.

Kait has a strong background in the marching arts. She was a 6-year member of the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps from 2013-2018, where she began as a baritone player and aged out as drum major. From 2019-2023, Kait instructed the low brass at The Academy Drum and Bugle Corps. Her primary instructors include Claude Kashnig, Luis Fred, and Benjamin Vasko.
