Stephen Gulledge

Brass Staff

Stephen Gulledge studied music and trumpet pedagogy at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. He has presented clinics at several conferences throughout the United States including The Mid-West Band and Orchestra Clinic, TMEA, TBA, and The Art of Teaching Music Seminar at SMU. He has placed students in the Texas All-State ensembles, National Trumpet Competition finals, and winners in Drum Corps International's solo and ensemble contests.

Stephen has taught privately for distinguished programs and feeder patterns in Texas such as Spring HS, Westfield HS, The Woodlands HS, Cypress Falls HS, Marcus HS, Berkner HS, Timbercreek HS and for the last 20 years, Keller High School.

Stephen has served on a DCI brass staff with organizations such as The Cavaliers, The Santa Clara Vanguard, Carolina Crown, and The Blue Knights.

Stephen is excited and looking forward to an opportunity to work with the staff and students at Music City Drum and Bugle Corps in 2024.
