MCYA Awarded Grant from Nashville Predators Foundation

Nashville, TN - Music City Youth in the Arts (MCYA) is excited to announce it has received a $5,000 grant from the Nashville Predators Foundation for the second consecutive year. This vital funding will help MCYA continue its mission of making music and visual performance arts education accessible and experiential for young people.

"We're absolutely thrilled to receive the support of the Predators Foundation," exclaimed Mike Webb, Executive Director of MCYA. "This grant will continue to elevate our capacity to furnish top-quality musical instruments and equipment, enabling us to extend our reach to even more aspiring young artists."

The Nashville Predators Foundation, the philanthropic branch of the Nashville Predators hockey team, has made a historic impact by distributing its largest-ever one-time donations through the Helper Grant program. This initiative has supported 183 nonprofits across Nashville and Middle Tennessee, demonstrating a deep commitment to the community.
