Evan T McAleer is thrilled to get back to teaching drum corps this summer. Originally a Nashville native, this will be Evan’s first summer with Music City. Evan is an active performer and educator while serving as a visual/drill designer for numerous programs, and he is thankful for the chance to help create performance opportunities for performers of all skill levels.

Evan’s Drum Corps experiences include performing as a member of the Glassmen and Carolina Crown as well as instructing as a visual staff member for the Blue Knights, Phantom Regiment, Spirit of Atlanta, and most recently as the Visual Caption Head for the Louisiana Stars.

Evan currently teaches at DeRidder Junior High School, Pinewood Elementary School, and DeRidder High School while enjoying life with his wife, three wonderful step children, 3 dogs, and cat named Violet.
