Olivia Baker

Movement Specialist

Olivia Baker is a member of the Music City Drum and Bugle Corps Visual Staff as Movement Specialist. This will be her first year with the corps and is excited to promote educational and positive experiences for the 2025 members. 

Olivia is from Soddy Daisy, TN and has a Bachelors in Music Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She marched baritone with Spirit of Atlanta in 2021, and trombone and euphonium with the Mandarins during the 2022 season. She is familiar with WGI, having been a member of the Visual Ensemble with Audio Theater in ‘20 and spinning two seasons with Reverie A and Open during the ‘21 and ‘22 seasons. 

She has been on staff for many groups from all corners of the marching activity (drum corps, high school marching band, and indoor percussion) specializing in movement, marching visuals, and/or music. She previously worked with Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps and currently works with Audio Theater’s Visual Ensemble for a third winter season. 

Olivia is thankful for her mentors and educators who have supported her during her music education journey including, but not limited to: Joshua Light, Dr. Alex Van Duuren, Dr. Micheal Stewart, Dr. Fuller Lyon, Chris Johnston, Corey Hawkins, and Joseph Hayes.
